took
place
the
81st
General
Assembly
of
the
International
electrotechnical
Commission
(IEC),
the
work
conducted
more
than
100
committees
with
the
participation
of
experts
from
180
countries.
At
the
57th
meeting
of
TC
9
«Electrical
equipment
and
systems
for
railways»
were
experts
from
National
Research
University
«Moscow
Power
Engineering
Institute»
Director
of
Volzhsky
branch
Mahsud
Sultanov
and
Deputy
Director
Vasily
Kuryanov.
The
meetings
were
held
in
the
campus
of
Far
Eastern
Federal
University.
During
the
TC-9
meeting
Vasily
Kuryanov
reported
the
results
of
Ad-Hoc-Group
-14
work
by
development
a
new
standard
«Copper
and
copper
alloy
messenger
wires
for
overhead
contact
line».
TC
9
resolved
to
continuing
the
work
on
development
a
new
standard
«Copper
and
copper
alloy
messenger
wires
for
overhead
contact
line»
with
call
for
experts
for
a
new
project
team
with
Vasily
Kuryanov
as
the
future
project
leader.
Until
the
end
of
2017,
new
project
team
will
be
finally
complete,
and
in
2018
will
be
held
several
working
meetings
to
reconcile
a
version
of
the
standard
for
«CD»
edition.
The
creation
of
this
standard
was
initiated
by
Energoservice
LLC
at
the
79th
Assembly
of
the
IEC,
where
the
working
group
AHG
14
was
established,
which
included
12
experts
from
6
countries
of
the
world,
experts
from
Russia,
Japan,
Germany,
Italy,
the
Czech
Republic
and
China.
Remind
that
in
2015,
after
the
report
at
the
55th
TC-9
meeting
during
the
79th
General
Assembly
of
the
IEC
in
Minsk,
Belarus,
the
resolution
of
the
TC-9
set
the
AHG
14
which
is
consist
of
12
experts
from
6
countries:
Russia,
Japan,
Germany,
Italy,
Czech
Republic
and
China.
The
task
of
the
AHG
14
was
to
investigate
the
existing
standards
to
study
international
experience
and
specifics
of
using
messenger
wires
for
overhead
contact
line,
to
propose
a
structure
for
new
standard
and
the
draft
standard
with
the
consensus
of
experts
participants.
After
two
years
work
the
consensus
was
reached
and
new
project
team
next
few
years
will
work
by
development
the
international
standard
«Copper
and
copper
alloy
messenger
wires
for
overhead
contact
line».
The
standard
will
include
whole
world
experience
of
copper
and
copper
alloy
messenger
wires
for
overhead
contact
line
and
new
Russian
production
the
compacted
wires
for
Railways.
